Seeking clarification regarding vulnerabilities in the Orthanc software

I am informed that Orthanc 21.9.2 by Osimis includes an “Orthanc core version” at version 1.9.7.
I believe that Orthanc 1.97 have the following vulnerabilities: CVE-2023-33466 and CVE-2023-22725.
I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions on moving away from the version with CVE’s.
