New release: Orthanc 1.12.3

Hi everyone,

It’s my pleasure to announce that we have just released Orthanc 1.12.3. This is actually a very small release with:

  • a lot of updated dependencies (including DCMTK to 3.6.8)
  • support for an upcoming optimized PostgreSQL plugin.
  • it’s a good opportunity to make the first release for the new orthancteam/orthanc Docker images.
