X-ray or CT simulator

Hi,

I need to setup a simulator of imaging equipment (either X-Ray or CT-Scan) that sends DICOM files to Orthanc for testing. This means that I should be able to configure Orthanc to listen to a port to receive/send DICOM files.

I there any simulator that could simulate this process with Orthanc?

Dicomanage software by Tomovision is free and will send single or multiple dicom directories for you

Dvtk have multiple emulator for free, you can download it from the website, you'll need to register though.

I downloaded Modality Emulator, and also setup Orthanc in my computer, Do you how I can connect it together? I don’t know about the configuration

I downloaded DICOM Manager, and also setup Orthanc on my computer, how I should make Orthanc listen to the port that it send request or DICOM files?

You open the modality emulator and click on the configuration from the tool bar, now make you're in the configure remote system tab and you'll find Pacs configuration in the lower left corner there you'll input ip, aet, and port.

In order to your simulator to work with Orthanc, they both must know about each other.
