I'm coming now in the group, I am learning PACS with Orthanc and am finding amazing, the first question I have is whether Orthanc can be used in "production" or their focus is only to study?

Thanks for your interest in Orthanc!
Orthanc is used in production by many hospitals and physicians around the world.
However, there is currently no CE/FDA clearance associated with Orthanc. The GPLv3 license also states that there is no warranty for the use of Orthanc. So, if you use it in production, it is up to you to thoroughly test it in your context, and to take the full responsibility of this use.
