No. The objective of the OHIF plugin for Orthanc is precisely to facilitate the automated definition of one OHIF data source that is compatible with Orthanc, depending on the configuration of Orthanc. The aim is to bring OHIF to a more general audience.
If you need a more advanced setup with multiple data sources, you will have to deploy OHIF by yourself.
