Upload Error Report

Hi there,
I have an intermittent issue with uploading a studies to Orthanc that produces errors for only some of the files in a study.

The file size doesn’t seem to be the issue because the files are the same size as some of the other other images.

There are enough server resources and space, so that isn’t the issue either.

I get the error both when uploading via Osirix and from Orthanc Explorer 2.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hello,

• Does it work if you upload these files individually ? I guess so, since you mention “intermittent”?
• Please share the the Javacript console output.
• Please share the Orthanc logs, in verbose mode.
• Please try to supply a minimal reproduction setup with a sample study.
• More generally, please read and follow this advice:

Hi Benjamin,
When I checked the browser console, I got the 413 request entity too large.
I was able to fix this when we changed the Nginx client_max_body_size to a larger file size.
So this is now solved. Thank you
