Unable to use C-Store, C-Move or C-Get, and C-Find.

Hello Everyone,

I have already added remote dicom server details under DicomModalities. I think I am using an older version of Orthanc 1.3.3 that’s why I am getting an issue. I have also tested the C-Echo which succeeded. But still getting “Error during query (C-Find)”. I don’t know what the issue is.
I have also tried installing the latest Orthanc 1.11.3 version but cannot install it.
So please suggest to me how I can install the latest version and use all 3 Dicom Services.

I AM USING ORTHANC 1.3.3 and OS – UBUNTU 18.04.5 LTS

Please help me guys it’s very urgent.

Are you trying to get Orthanc to query a remote DICOM system which is causing the C-FIND error, or vice versa?

Yes, can you please tell me if is there any option for C-Store, or C-Move in Orthanc Gui and how I can install the latest version?

Hello,

Your remote DICOM server has most probably not been properly configured. It is essential to add your Orthanc server to the list of modalities that are known to your remote DICOM server. Check out the explanation about the configuration of DICOM query/retrieve in the Orthanc Book:

If this doesn’t help, have a look at the logs of your remote modality.
