Unable to display patient name in DICOM tag '00100010'

Studies is not able to display PatientName as long as the SpecificCharacterSet is GB18030.

This has actually already been fixed in the DICOMWeb plugin a few weeks ago but it has not been released yet.

While waiting for the next release, you may use the mainline binaries.
