Just to let you know that for Stone web viewer, for ultrasound, if a series of still ultrasound images are loaded there is a bug.
For ultrasound, each image has a different scale. For a cine loop, the scale is the same for all images in the loop. But for ultrasound stone web viewer usually has one series with all the still images. The stone web viewer assumes that the first image of each series has the same pixel scale for all images in that series. Hence the measurement tool does not work. It shows the measurement in cm calibrated to the first image of the series, not the current image. For example, see the attached image. The real measurement is 9.2 cm but stone web viewer is showing 5.81 cm which is based on the calibration of the first image of the series instead of the current image.
This is an old post but I’m also facing an inconsistency with measurements in Stone Web Viewer as described by ctisme. On the first image of the serie, length measurement is correct but as soon as the depth of the FOV is changed, measurements get wrong.
PS: thanks for this amazing tool you created and keep on optimizing!
PS2: not sure it’s critical information but Orthanc is up to date (as well as SWV: 2.5) with a MySQL DB and everything is running fine on a linux server, I can share any log you want if needed.
Is anyone else facing the same issue? Stone Web Viewer is otherwise an amazing tool that I am using everyday and I’d be happy to use it for US studies as well.
