Transaction error when running house keeping.

Hi,
This conversion is continuation of this issue. (My messages was auto-deleting, so I had to open a new conversion.)

I pushed a docker compose set up here:
https://gitlab.com/movahedi/orthanc-sample

Steps to reproduce issue are described in README file.

Enabling House Keeping and changing “StorageCompression” or " IngestTranscoding" cause the issue.
