The -echo has failed

Hi.
I ve read all mails about this problem.

i have a efilm (working fine but now uninstalled)and i want to change it with orthanc.

I tried to connect to remote server, but i had this error when I tried echo or search.

i checked all, ip, port, aetitle, firewall, anti virus.

the same problem I had with clearcanvas.

I don´t know what thing to do.

thanks

Hello, I assume you're talking about a DICOM C-ECHO.

I tried to connect to remote server, but i had this error when I
tried echo or search.

You don't mention C-MOVE operations (sending or retrieving data). Does
this work? (I'll assume it doesn't.)

i checked all, ip, port, aetitle, firewall, anti virus.

If you've checked all of these things then you should probably look at
exactly what's going on at the network-level. Use tcpdump to capture
traffic when attempting the C-ECHO and either analyze it with Wireshark
or post it here for us to take a look. Make sure you don't leak any
sensitive data in the capture (you can use Wireshark to extract just
the relevant data streams if necessary).

Hello,

Check out the dedicated troubleshooting guide and provide all the required information:
