Study with same StudyInstanceUID doesn't lie under same study case category

Hello, I’m trying to test OHIF viewer’s save measurements function and found that the DICOM SR file created by save measurements function doesn’t lie under its parent study case.
Other than StudyInstanceUID, what other dicom tags do I need to make them lie under same study case?

This is explained in the Orthanc Book:
https://book.orthanc-server.com/faq/orthanc-ids.html

Orthanc will group together studies that share the same values for the tags “StudyInstanceUID” and “PatientID”.

this is a known bug in OHIF viewer. You can let them know you are also facing the issue at the following link >>> https://github.com/OHIF/Viewers/issues/1707
