SR modality retrieve error

Hello dear users!

Ubuntu 16
Orthanc version: 1.3.2

I have faced the issue when I trying to retrieve a study with SR modality (dose report) using e-film workstation, I got an error:

E0605 16:03:10.833875 MoveScp.cpp:221] IMoveRequestHandler Failed: DicomUserConnection: No acceptable presentation context for modality

I have no problems with the study when I retrieving through Radiant Viewer, but I have to use E-film only.

I found out that, the modality is not listed in the dictionary of Orthanc, so how I can avoid that issue, could you advise something, please.

Hello,

If you are able to download the same DICOM-SR instance from Orthanc using Radiant, this means that the issue lies within e-film.

Please get in touch with your paying support of e-film.
