SQLite error code 10, as a simple web search tells you, means disk IO error or sharing conflict.
You very likely have an old Orthanc process still running with this file open.
I agree in general, but if the latest backup is not very recent etc., then I might try and use some SQLite viewer on that corrupted DB. I think there is a non-zero chance (although a small one) to recover some studies.
index file is corrupted and we’re trying to recovering them but it look like impossible do guys have any solutions on this ?
maybe we can restore it if we use ImportDicomFiles.py ?
