Assuming you need to add the ae title port and IP to the Elekta Versa HD machine. If you did this already and are still having problems, I would recommend checking the port is open on the Orthanc Server’s firewall. Orthanc is promiscuous by default so you shouldnt have an issue as long as IP and port are correct and of course they are on the same LAN or have a VPN configured.
