sending Dicom SR to orthanc from Mirth Connect

Hi I am trying to send back a DICOM SR from Mirth after i process the DICOM from Orthanc. So i am trying to send back a SR but not sure if anyone has done this before? Not sure if its just the same DICOM with a XML flag?

Hello,

DICOM-SR are really just regular DICOM files. Orthanc can receive such files from Mirth just like any other DICOM instance.
