QNAP Orthanc: Postgres Plugin

Hi,
I installed orthanc successfully in qnap (1.3.0.2), but I would like to extend it with postgres plugin … is this possible?

I have added the following strings, but I do not know how to create the database and connect it to orthanc:

“/opt/Orthanc/share/orthanc/plugins/libOrthancPostgreSQLStorage.so”,
“/opt/Orthanc/share/orthanc/plugins/libOrthancPostgreSQLIndex.so”

Please, Can you help me?
