Prometheus metrics

Hello Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with patient count metrics and need clarification on why the numbers don’t match between different sources.

  • Prometheus metrics show 6 new patients today using orthanc_count_patients filtered by date (today)

  • 2025-09-05 00:00:00 28274

  • ***

  • 2025-09-05 11:56:00 28280

  • Web interface shows approximately 20+ patients for the same period
