Problem downloading DICOM from WORKSTATION GE

Please help, I have a defined list of modalities, but something is not working

Please provide a minimal working example. If this is not possible, get in touch with the commercial support of your vendor, who is the only one able to investigate your issue thanks to the fact that Orthanc is free and open-source software.
