I have many SAMSUNG and GE ultrassounds sending to my orthanc server normally, but when I try to send with a Philips one, nothing happens. Even the log show nothing.
I know some guys would say that the US is not sending, but this machine was configured with a local orthanc server before, and we’ve changed only the IP (same port). Port 4242 is open.
The US machine does C-ECHO succesfully, but sends nothing in C-STORE.
This is not a button configuration also, because there was a local Orthanc server before, then we changed the IP to this cloud server, and to the local server again (because it not worked), and now even the local server receives nothing.
