No, indeed, there’s no possibility to display such annotations in the Osimis Viewer and there’s no plan to do so in a foreseeable future unless someone is ready to fund this feature.
Note that the Osimis Viewer will soon be rewritten from scratch and that would hopefully allow more people to contribute to add such features.
