Is it possible to create the Circle tool (like the Digimizer software do) ?
We have a lot of veterinarian doctor that do the Norberg angle measure
who like to do it on the images of the dogs

Feel free to implement it and share it with the community.
Well, I m not a software developer…
Maybe there is a tutorial to make this…
Otherwise I will wait if you want to put it in your roadmap in the future…
