i want to measure length with mm but hitachi study is always measuring with pixels can i change pixels to mm on Osimis ?

From what I understand (impossible to be sure without a sample DICOM file), the image on the right is visibly a secondary capture that doesn’t have the “Pixel Spacing” (0028,0030) tag filled, so the Osimis Web viewer cannot convert pixel coordinates to millimeters.
