Orthonac Serivce not starting

Hi,

After installing orthonac, the windows service is automatically shutting down and i can’t access the web page of orthanc. Have checked the log and found the following:

E1102 13:16:51.305016 DicomServer.cpp:330] cannot create network: TCP Initialization Error: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.

E1102 13:16:51.305016 ServerContext.cpp:252] INTERNAL ERROR: ServerContext::Stop() should be invoked manually to avoid mess in the destruction order!

Can you please help.
