Orthanc to use PostgreSQL

Can someone help me get a clean install of Orthanc to use PostgreSQL

I have both clean install on windows server 2012 R2

PostgreSQL is in D:\OrthancDB on localhost (same as Orthanc)
not sure what username is as it did not ask to have this setup. I have read that it is postgres by default

Any help is appreciated.

Here is a link to the documentation. Check under usage. If you installed the windows installer the plugin is included. To create the database you can use a windows or Mac PostresSQL client to connect and create and view the database.
