Dear friends,
As you may already know, the Google Code service will unfortunately disappear by 2016 [1]. This has a huge impact on Orthanc, as the project was historically hosted by Google Code. Even worse, Google Code will become read-only on August 25th, 2015 [2]. This forces us to quickly move to another code forge.
We have chosen to move the entire Orthanc project to BitBucket, as the Orthanc team wishes to work with Mercurial (that is not supported by GitHub). The code of the Orthanc core together with the code of the official plugins are now all available at the same place [3]. As a consequence, if you have forked the Orthanc, please be sure to re-fork from BitBucket, otherwise you will not benefit from the new developments!
The URLs should have been fixed on the main Web site… but, of course, all the hyperlinks that have been posted on this forum and elsewhere on the Internet will become invalid once Google Code will go offline.
We want to avoid such a situation in the future. As a consequence, by September 2015, we will also move the Wiki and the issue tracker to a self-hosted server (that will be provided courtesy of University Hospital of Liège). Public access to our continuous integration server running BuildBot will also be granted. It will be decided later on whether we also self-host the Mercurial repositories and the development roadmap (that is currently tracked by Trello).
Sorry for any inconvenience,
Sébastien-
