Dear Orthanc community,

Dozens of Orthanc servers are currently running in the cloud or are publicly accessible from Internet, without any suitable protection (no password protection, nor HTTPS encryption).

I urge the network and system administrators who put Orthanc as a public-facing Internet service to carefully and thoroughly read the FAQ in the Orthanc Book about how to properly secure Orthanc:
