Orthanc over the internet

Hello how do i configure orthanc over the internet. I want Doctors to be able to view in anywhere. I also want to know how weasis can load data on a remote orthanc server over the internet. I have never tried it before so i want to know what am getting into.

There was a talk about that at Orthanc Conference 2023.

The info might not be up to date since the related repository has evolved since 2023.
