Orthanc in a multi user environment

I fear the answer is in our FAQ:

As written on this page, as Orthanc is a microservice for medical imaging, it does not feature login/logout, neither permissions through user roles. You’ll have to build a more advanced user interface than Orthanc Explorer, on the top of the REST API of Orthanc or as a plugin. Our commercial partner Osimis might help you in this task:

Is the information about various tags available to the ‘function IncomingHttpRequestFilter(method, uri, ip, username, httpHeaders)’ function. If it is then I think a Lua script can do the job I need. But I doubt that the information about tags is not passed to this function.
