Orthanc high CPU usage

Hello,
I have Win Orthanc 19.3.1 SQLite on a VMware machine with CPU 4 cores and RAM 5 Gb and Windows 7 Pro 64b
When I start the Orthanc service the Cpu usage runs at almost 100%
If I stop the service the Cpu goes at 2-4%
Any suggestions .
