ODBC v 1.2 & Debian 12 based Docker images

Hi everyone,

The ODBC plugin has been updated to version 1.2 and actually only include small changes from a user perspective.

We have also updated the base image that is used in orthancteam/orthanc Docker images to Debian 12.

  • So orthancteam/orthanc:24.3.2 is the last release based on Debian 11.
  • From orthancteam/orthanc:24.3.3 images are based on Debian 12.
  • The main change is that the python version in the images has been updated from 3.9 to 3.11. Check the full Docker images release notes.

The Windows Installers 24.3.2 with the latest ODBC plugin have also been released.
