Notes to the radiologist

Everyone,

Is there a plugin that allows the creation of treating physician notes to be attached to the dicom file that is sent to the radiologist.

Hi,

No. Note however, that we will “soon” add a feature in Orthanc Explorer 2 to attach a pdf file to an existing study. That might help.
