Migration out of BitBucket - Source code

Dear Orthanc community,

As you probably know, BitBucket has unfortunately decided to stop Mercurial support by the beginning of June 2020:
https://bitbucket.org/blog/sunsetting-mercurial-support-in-bitbucket

As a consequence, starting today (2020-04-21), the core developers of Orthanc will use the following self-hosted Mercurial infrastructure:
https://hg.orthanc-server.com/

Everything is explained on a new page in the Orthanc Book:
https://book.orthanc-server.com/developers/repositories.html

Make sure to adapt the default “[paths]” option of your “.hg/hgrc” configuration file for each repository you are using, in order to be sure to use the latest versions of the source code of the Orthanc project.

Remember that we absolute want to avoid the “git vs. Mercurial” debate, that would only cause a loss of time for everybody. The issue tracker is still hosted by BitBucket, and will soon also be migrated to a self-hosted infrastructure.

Kind Regards,
Sébastien-

Dear all,

As explained earlier, the Orthanc project has decided to move from Bitbucket to a self-hosted infrastructure.

Back in April, we already migrated all our source code to the following location:
https://hg.orthanc-server.com/

Today, it is my pleasure to announce that we migrated our bug tracker to the following location:
https://bugs.orthanc-server.com/

The bug tracker uses Bugzilla. We managed to import most of the history of Bitbucket to this new tracker, with the main obvious exception of the user accounts. Feel free to create an account on this new server if you want to report a new bug, or to follow the work on a specific bug.

The following page of the Orthanc Book explains the new procedures in application from now on:
https://book.orthanc-server.com/developers/repositories.html

Kind Regards,

Sébastien-

PS: The Bitbucket account of Orthanc is now disabled.
