The problem is related to exams with a large number of images, such as CT scans, which have thousands of images.
When the doctor tries to view the images, it is slowed down because the images are downloading.
So is there any solution or suggestion to this Problem ?

More images take more time to download…common sense. You could compress the images using Jpeg2000.
You are most probably limited by your network bandwidth.
On a 100Mbit/s Ethernet connection, downloading 600MB of data (typical size of a CT-scan study) would take roughly 1 minute, whatever the software, as simple arithmetic shows.
