Hello. Is there any way of specifying more storage directories for orthanc ? For example if my storage gets full to make another location and also to keep the first one?
There’s no way to specify more directories. This could be implemented as a plugin but no such plugins are available right now.

In short:
- stop Orthanc
- move your OrthancStorage
- change your config file to point to the new OrthancStorage folder
- restart Orthanc
