How the best way to scale orthanc?

Hi everyone.
I started work with orthanc on a last 4 months, and now i see in my environment the necessity to scale the orthanc servers. I see recently a post here talking about a new plugin to store dicom files througth google cloud platform, and now i want to redo the structure of my orthanc server and make possible scale the server horizontally. How the best way to do this? how the best scenario to work with orthanc and can scale up the server?
