I searched everywhere, but I can not find any suggestion for hardware requirements.
What is your suggestion for a site, which produce 30-50 new studies per day and 6 GB database increasement? What other parameters should be taken into consideration? There are less than 10 users concurrently. At the moment, we store the images in PostgreSQL, but we plan to migrate to filesystem store with PostgreSQL index.

In my experience Orthanc is pretty light on resources. I would recommend a SSD RAID-1 setup for the OS and PostrgreSql index and a normal hard drive RAID-1 setup (size depends on the workload you expect) for the image store. Get around 16 gigs of RAM and a decent processor. When it comes to hardware bigger generally is better but it makes no sence to go big if its not required.
