First: NEVER put real patient data on an Orthanc server publicly available in the cloud !
Second: ALWAYS use HTTPS to transfer real patient data over public internet.

Third: Given the size of the file, are you sure it’s not an HttpTimeout issue ? After how long do you get the error ? You may increase the HttpTimeout in the config file.
