Expolorer 2 and OHIF: "RouterBasename" does not work

Hi,
Thanks for OHIF plugin.

Due to OHIF plug doc (OHIF plugin — Orthanc Book documentation), config “RouterBasename” must redirect user to defined subpath specially serving behind reverse proxy.

It is working fine in Explorer 1 but Explorer 2 ignores this config.

You should also configure the OhifViewer3PublicRoot configuration in the OrthancExplorer2 section.
