Error while generating the 3D model

Hi.
OHIF now allows to download RTSTRUCT of a segmentation, here is an example study:

If i upload that RTSTRUCT file to Orthanc and click “Generate 3D model”, i get an error - Error while generating the 3D model

Hello,

Please provide the sample DICOM files (CT-scan and RT-STRUCT series), not a link to OHIF, so as to allow us to independently reproduce your issue.

Here is Anonymized CT study:

Using latest OHIF version i generated RTSTRUCT file:

Then i uploaded that RTSTRUCT file, and clicked “Generate 3D model”.
I’m not sure if OHIF generates invalid RTSTRUCT or there is some issue
with Orthanc STL plugin
