I do not have an organization email Id, but I have my personal email Id. But Orthanc is not sending me download information on my personal mail Id. What should I do?
Visibly, the automated mail was rejected by your mail server (maybe was it classified as spam?). I’ve forwarded it to you using my personal e-mail address.
