I’m encountering an issue in my PACS viewer where duplicate instances are being displayed with the same SOPInstanceUID. As shown in the attached screenshot, the same SOPInstanceUID appears more than once within the same series.
How can I resolve this issue and ensure that each SOPInstanceUID is only shown once?

Hi,
This should not happen and, it’s hard to investigate since the double instance is not anymore on your server.
Another thing that should not happen is to expose 800 GB of patient data on a public facing - unprotected Orthanc server.
Note that anyone can download/modify and delete all these data as well - that looks like your first problem to solve before bad things happen

I’ve read some documentation that mentions this problem can occur specifically with Siemens machines, but the suggested solutions are not working.
