Hi everyone,
The orthancteam/orthanc docker images are now available for both linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 platforms.
Note that a few plugins have also been updated to newer versions. They do not contain any new features but they had to be rebuilt because their build process was still using the orthanc.osimis.io server that has been shut down.
Let me also remind you that you should switch from osimis/orthanc to orthancteam/orthanc. The osimis/orthanc images are not updated anymore. Osimis went bankrupt 2 months ago and their Dockerhub account might disappear anytime.
Finally, ARM64 hardware is generally cheaper than Intel/AMD, so I hope you can make some nice savings with these new images. If that’s the case, why not consider donating a portion of those savings to the Orthanc project
