Disable Intro popup in Osimis Viewer

Hello Friends,
Is it possible to disable the introduction popup in the Osimis Viewer in a programmatical way or by changing any configuration settings from Orthanc?
I want it in a way like user don’t have to disable it manually.

Yes, exactly this one. but I have Orthanc setup file for windows. is this configuration file available in this setup?
