Difficulty in DicomWeb setup in Windows10

Hi all,
I am new to the DICOM world.
I have tried to install Orthanc on my Windows PC, and also installed the DicomWeb plugin.
But I think I have made some mistakes in setting it up, so the endpoint http://localhost:8042/dicom-web/studies/
returns 404 not found.

Hi,

You don’t need to configure anything to enable the DicomWeb plugin when using the standard Windows installers.

You have probably broken something in the configuration … You should revert your changes and try again.
