I don’t think this feature is available right now in any of the supported Web viewers (Stone Web viewer, OHIF, and VolView). Even if all the supported Web viewers do support annotations/measurements and even if OHIF allows to export annotations, there is currently no support for saving them for future openings.
I think that this feature was part of the Osimis Web viewer, but this viewer is not supported anymore.
Saving annotations could definitely be implemented in the Stone Web viewer, in the context of a research project with my lab: Contributing to Orthanc — Orthanc Book documentation

Hi,
Thank you for your support and I managed to resolve this by changing the datasource into “dicom-web”.
My next question is can I customize the UI of the viewer? Like changing the header logo and color palette of the UI.
