Dicom STOW-RS operation failed - Error 400

Hi there, I have 3 instances of Osirix running in 3 different clinic locations. All of the data autoroutes to a single Orthanc server. I’ve checked my configuration as per Orthanc book and it seems fine. They all have the same configuration, but for one of the instances, I keep getting an error:

Dicom Send Error
Dicom STOW-RS operation failed.
Http error code: 400 bad request

In Osirix, the DICOM node itself does verify green when verifying it.

Is there something I can check or change to help fix this?

I saw that:
“Failure
400 - Bad Request
This indicates that the STOW-RS Service was unable to store any instances due to bad syntax.”

I’m not quite sure what to do.

  • Check/share the Orthanc logs in verbose mode
  • Possibly share a problematic file

Hi @alainmazy - So it turns out my Storage DB was full, I added an extra TB and it is working again. Thank you!
