Dicom request - image infinite loading

When OHIF makes a request on our Orthanc, it returns the error below;

MIME Type Warnings: Unsupported return MIME type: application/dicom+json, multipart/related; type=“application/octet-stream”; transfer-syntax=“”; transfer-syntax=“”

Error on Orthanc Pacs Server when OHIF make request for series and instances.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to address this?

The challenge was with the versions. We were able to fix it.
