Customization web viewer, chage link in web user interface

I want to change link to custom web viewer “StoneViewer”, to my custom pc viewer.

example
change : “…/…/stone-webviewer/index.html?study=Study Instance UID”
to: “radiant://?n=pstv&v=0020000D&v=%22___Study Instance UID___%22”

how can i do it?
