Hi,

I would recommend you to check your startup logs (in verbose mode) to know which plugins are really activated.

I see that the postgresql storage is enabled too:
ORTHANC__POSTGRESQL__ENABLE_STORAGE: “true”

so it might confict with S3 - you can not have 2 storage plugins active.
